YOUR SUPPORT BUILDS MORE THAN A KART

Team Bardwell gives students the opportunity to develop practical engineering skills through a hands-on project. By combining hand skills, creative design and teamwork, participants build confidence, gain real-world experience and discover what they can achieve.

Why We Need Sponsorship

It costs £5,000 each year for Team Bardwell to participate in the STEM on Track programme. This cost covers:

  • STEM on Track Race Academy platform access and programme support
  • Track test day fees
  • National finals entry and event fees
  • Driver licences, event training and race experience

Should sponsorship income fall short of the £5k target, we cover the difference ourselves, ensuring students at Bardwell School can be part of the Team each year, building, racing and benefitting from the programme.

hear from our 2026 Kart sponsor.

"Sponsoring Team Bardwell has been a pleasure and a fantastic project to be involved with. Watching the kart take shape has captured the interest of our whole organisation, and the updates we have shared on social media have generated positive comments from many of our connections. Most importantly, the project is helping to give disabled young people a valuable insight into engineering, demonstrating the opportunities available within our industry and inspiring the next generation of engineers".
